We currently accept orders online and via our Eu2Be|80 marketing events. Please refer to our calendar to find out when we'll be hosting a creative event near you.
Sales tax, shipping and handling charges will be added to each sale.
We are unable to accept telephone orders at this time.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We process orders within 24 hours and ship within 3 business days from being received. You will be alerted to any shipping delay within 3 days after placing your order.
Overnight delivery orders must be received by 12:00 pm EST. Overnight orders received after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as confirmation email, including an order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.
Credit Cards: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination and are calculated during checkout.
We ship to locations within the United States, and including Alaska and Hawaii. International and U.S. Territory shipping is not available. This includes Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Please note we do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you've received a damaged item, we are happy to replace it with a new one. Please contact us immediately at. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
Eu2Be makes it possible to sample products through the purchase of sample or travel size products.
Orders cannot be canceled once a payment has been processed.
