Return Policy
  • Please note we do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items
  • If you've received a damaged item, we will be happy to replace it with a new one
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@eu2be.com if the item is damaged or if the wrong item was delivered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right
  • All damages must be reported within 72 hours of your order being delivered

eu2Be makes it possible to sample products through the purchase of sample or travel size products.

Ordering and Payment Information
  • We currently accept orders online and at select Eu2Be events
  • We are unable to accept telephone orders at this time
  • Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
  • Sales tax, shipping and handling charges will be added to each sale as required by law and Eu2Be policy
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including an order number and an approximate total amount to be charged
  • All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the following business day
  • We generally process orders within 24 hours and ship within 3 business days from being received
  • We will alert you of any shipping delay within 3 days after placing your order
Shipping:
  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout
  • Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), USPS, or other delivery carriers as necessary
  • We ship to locations within the contiguous United States, including Alaska and Hawaii
  • International and U.S. Territory shipping is not available, including Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside the United States
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes
