Eu2Be Concierge Membership Terms & Conditions

Annual Membership Terms and Conditions:

In order to start your ongoing Eu2Be Concierge monthly membership, you must create and maintain an account on our Website with a valid email address and password. You must provide and maintain a valid shipping address, email address, credit card information and billing address. You agree to update this information as necessary to maintain accurate, valid and current information.

You agree that you will not provide false or inaccurate information when creating your account; Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of Eu2Be.com; Make any automated use of the system, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure.

By purchasing a Eu2Be Concierge membership, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee, and you give Eu2Be permission to charge your payment method monthly for your membership fees. Memberships are not transferable. Massachusetts and Florida residences will be subject to pay state and county sales tax on all purchases based on product amounts, including the monthly membership fee.

Concierge members acknowledge that membership has a monthly payment feature for one full year of service. At the end of the year, your membership will be automatically extended for another term of one year and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current membership rate.

Member will pay all applicable taxes, if any, relating to any purchases or transactions.

We reserve the right to revoke your membership at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

For your convenience and continuous membership benefits, if your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your account, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid.

You are responsible for updating your payment method information.

We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Eu2Be the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which may change from time to time; you agree that Eu2Be will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service; the current version is attached as a link here [please input Bold’s terms of service]. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.

Product Information; Limitation on Quantities

Excluding any content that may be submitted by Concierge members and Eu2Be Insiders, we strive to ensure that the information on the Eu2Be site is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies, which we may correct without liability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Concierge members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged).

Returns, Shipping & Replacement Requests

Membership purchases are subjected to Eu2Be return, shipping and replacement policies. We do not accept product returns, refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged items. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Replacements claimed as not received or damaged/destroyed are subject to our investigation, which may include postal or delivery service notification. We will authorize and have replacement product shipped at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.

Membership orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed.

Shipping and handling fees are included with membership orders unless otherwise specified. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates.

Member agrees that Eu2Be is not responsible for products mailed to an incorrectly entered or invalid mailing address.

International Policy

Memberships are restricted to the continental U.S. only at this time. We operate the Eu2Be website from the United States and make no representation or warranties regarding any materials or information on the Site available outside the continental United States.

Risk of Loss

Merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All Eu2Be goods and products are provided on an “AS IS” basis.
